CSDC Systems Acquires Decision Academic

CSDC Systems Inc. (CSDC) has announced the acquisition of Decision Academic Inc., leaders in the provision of academic Student Services software for the Higher Education market. CSDC will take full control of Decision Academic, founded by the late Dr. Ivan Rival. Decision Academic will continue to operate as a separate company.

Decision Academic meets that criteria perfectly, with over 10 years supporting major institutions like University of Oklahoma and University of Texas" said Dan Mishra, President of CSDC Systems. Decision Academic Student Services provide students with access to information and gives them the power to act on it. They can register for a course, create an academic plan, or change a degree, and that is but a sampling of what can be done. John Purdon remains on as President & CEO, and along with the current management team is excited. "We already we have taken advantage of CSDC's deep understanding of enterprise platforms and seen this realized in the new versions of Degree Navigator Plus and eCampus Navigator which will ship before the end of the year" said Purdon.
