- An XML import tool maps data from their Student Information System (SIS) or other source and loads it into the catalog.
- Built-in logic intelligently identifies and hyperlinks courses, whether they are listed by name, course code or another naming convention.
An archive/restore tool enables administrators to retire content from the current catalog, while continuing to give online access to those who need it.
