Decision Academic facilitates the registration process, including course registration drop and swap capabilities. The institution's timetable and the various rules, both academic (e.g. this course only open to Biology Students) and administrative (e.g. limited to 25 Students) are supported. Session information is provided (e.g. professor, location, etc.), ensuring the student has all the necessary information to make optimal choices. For traditional classroom course registration, a conflict-free scheduling tool provides the student with every schedule option, allowing the student to select the most suitable timetable.
The integration power of Decision Academic Student Services is demonstrated in our Registration module. Students are able to register and leverage supporting information through audits to determine if they have the necessary pre- and co-requisites, as well as ensuring that the course requested is part of the student's degree requirements. Students can also leverage the Academic Planning capability.
